We built BOXOUT because cross-border felt harder than it should.

I ran an e-commerce business in Bahrain for three years. Every month, I watched the same thing happen: customers in Riyadh would order on Monday, and by Thursday they had cancelled because the parcel was still sitting at the border.

I tried three couriers. Every single one promised overnight delivery. None delivered it. And the worst part? My COD cash was frozen for 14 days — sometimes 21 — while I was trying to re-order inventory.

So I started BOXOUT with one rule: if we promise something, we put it in writing. And if we miss, we pay.

We publish our on-time rate every week. Including the misses. Because if you can't trust the numbers, you can't trust the courier.
